We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Lightroom Workshop with Alta Oosthuizen! This two-day, hands-on workshop (on 15 and 22 November) is designed to guide both beginners and intermediate users through all the essential features of Lightroom Classic. Whether you’re looking to sharpen your workflow, master editing techniques, or simply explore the full potential of Lightroom, this workshop has everything you need.
Below are a few important arrangements to help you prepare:
From Outdoorphoto
- We’ll have ten tables set up. One per person for your PC/Mac/laptop.
- Each station includes one electrical point. Please bring a multiplug if you need extra outlets.
Drinks & Snacks:
- Hot drinks can be ordered on arrival and will be brought to your desk.
- Still/Sparkling water and Red Bull are available in the lecture room fridge. Please help yourself.
- Light snacks will be provided throughout the day.
Parking:
- We recommend offloading your computer first before moving your vehicle to the parking lot.
From Alta Oosthuizen
- Notes: Alta will provide comprehensive notes for the workshop.
- Images: To keep things simple and structured, you’ll be working with images provided by Alta as she guides you through all the sliders and tabs of Lightroom Classic.
What to Bring:
- Your computer or laptop
- A multiplug (if needed)
- Notebook and pen
Please Note: This workshop is based on the latest version of Lightroom Classic, available through the Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription.
Timing
- The shop opens at 08:00. We recommend arriving early to set up.
- The workshop will start promptly at 09:00.
