Simply add items to your cart and proceed through checkout. You’ll need to register an account for online shopping.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, EFT bank transfers, Payflex and HappyPay. In-store collections can also be paid on collection. (We do not accept American Express or Diners Club).

For most items, yes. After inspection, the value is credited towards your new purchase.

Most items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging and condition. Used gear must be returned within 7 days.

Opened consumables, books, software, gift cards, film, ink cartridges, and items registered to an individual (e.g. Wacom tablets).

A courier fee of R120 may be deducted from your refund. Some returns may attract a 10% admin fee.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. Refund is also processed on the same channel as the original payment.

Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is available. Collection may be charged, but delivery of the replacement is usually free.

Standard Delivery is R120 (2–4 working days) for orders under R650.
Premium Delivery is R225 (1–2 working days) to main areas.

Couriers deliver to your address (not necessarily the person). OTP-based confirmation ensures secure delivery.

Yes, all products carry official manufacturer or distributor warranties. We do not sell grey imports.

Used gear carries a 6-month warranty. If factory warranty is still valid, it transfers to you.
