I love this lens. It is the only lens I use for wedding photography, lifestyle and simple studio photography as well. I think it is necessary to be super aware of the focal length you are shooting at and not just mindlessly zoom in and out. If you do that - this lens will be your best friend and superpower!
There is some distortion, but definitely worth it!
I have always used L brackets for my camera gear, whether it be for wildlife, landscape or portraiture. These L brackets are just what I need and considerably less than the RRS brackets I have used in the past. The service at Outdoor photo has been flawless.
