Wildlife, sports, and long-distance photographers who need extra reach without switching lenses will find a practical solution here. The Nikon Z Teleconverter TC-2x is a Z-mount teleconverter that doubles the focal length of select lenses through 2x magnification.
It's well suited to environments like wildlife reserves, where getting physically closer to a subject isn't always possible. Full communication with the camera body is preserved, so metering, autofocus, and Vibration Reduction continue to work as expected. Outdoor sporting events also benefit from the added reach, letting you stay further from the action. A dust and moisture-resistant build holds up well in dusty areas, light rain, or a bit of spray.
- Z-Mount Teleconverter
- 2x Magnification Factor
- One Aspherical Element
- Super Integrated and Fluorine Coatings
- Maintains Metering, Autofocus, and VR
- Dust and Water Resistant
