Rate it at ISO 400 for bright daylight and overcast conditions. Rate it at 1600 for a dim venue or a moody dusk portrait session. Push it to 3200 when the light really drops. At ISO 400 with 36 exposures per roll, it covers a full street session, an indoor documentary shoot, or an afternoon at a game reserve without a flash.
The wide exposure latitude means a stop under or over is still a usable frame. Fine-grain and medium contrast hold highlight and shadow detail equally well in the darkroom and on the scanner. Develops in standard chemistry, including ID-11, Ilfosol 3 and HC-110. No specialist kit required.
