This Formatt Hitech 100 x 100mm ND 0.6 Filter is a neutral density filter with a 4x filter factor that provides a 2-stop exposure reduction and is compatible with a Formatt Hitech 100mm Aluminum Modular Holder or Formatt Hitech 100mm Firecrest Filter Holder. Its 0.6 density creates a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By slowing your exposure time or increasing your aperture, you can control the depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect the colouration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.

This filter is non-coated and is constructed from optical-quality resin for clarity as well as colour fidelity.
