The Dual Pixel Intelligent AF system tracks subjects across the frame using deep learning - faces, eyes, animals, vehicles, even specific players in team sports. Eye Control AF goes further: look at a subject through the viewfinder and the camera sets focus there. Nothing else on the market does this.

45MP that earns its keep

45 megapixels at 30 frames per second means you can shoot a burst through a decisive moment and pull the exact frame - then crop it hard for a magazine spread or a billboard and still have resolution to spare. This is the sensor that removes the "I wish I'd shot tighter" problem.

Video without the compromise

8K 60p RAW records the full sensor width so you can reframe in post without losing quality. 4K 120p gives you usable slow motion without a dedicated cinema camera. The Dual Shooting mode lets you deliver a still gallery and a video edit from the same trigger pull.

Stability without a gimbal

8.5 stops of in-body image stabilisation is the difference between a sharp frame and a soft one in low light, at long focal lengths, or in a moving vehicle. For wildlife photographers and documentary shooters, this matters more than almost any other spec.

Two cards, no single point of failure

CFexpress and SD UHS-II slots running simultaneously means a live backup of everything you shoot. Lose a card on a paid job and you lose nothing.

Pre-continuous shooting, HDMI RAW output, and dual shooting (still & movie) are not available. Continuous shooting speed may be reduced.
