The Canon EOS C70 is a next-generation Cinema EOS camera that redefines portability and performance for professional filmmakers and content creators. As the smallest and lightest body in the Cinema EOS lineup, it combines a compact design with powerhouse features, offering a perfect balance of mobility and cinematic quality.

At its core, the EOS C70 shares the same 4K Super 35mm Dual Gain Output (DGO) sensor and DIGIC DV7 processor as the EOS C300 Mark III, delivering exceptional image quality with over 16 stops of dynamic range and rich, film-like colour. Canon’s renowned colour science, HDR support, and custom LUT options make it a versatile tool for any production environment.

The RF mount enables high-speed 12-pin communication between camera and lens, unlocking advanced features such as Combination IS, which integrates in-body electronic stabilisation with optical lens stabilisation for remarkably steady footage. The short flange distance of the RF system also allows for more compact camera design, faster autofocus, and support for brighter, sharper lenses.

Designed with single operators in mind, the EOS C70 features 13 customizable buttons, a multi-function grip with three dials and joystick, and a fully-articulated LCD touchscreen with Canon’s refreshed Direct Touch UI.
