The Canon 20mm Sumire Prime T1.5 is a fast, wide-angle full-frame cinema lens designed for filmmakers who require expressive image rendering and precise control. Its T1.5 aperture combined with an 11-blade iris produces rich bokeh and beautiful shallow depth-of-field effects. The unique optical design ensures minimal focus breathing and a cinematic look across all aperture settings.

Featuring an interchangeable PL mount, the lens works with 35mm full-frame and Super 35mm cameras, and EF conversion is available at authorised service centres. A large image circle, warm unified colour tone, and 300-degree focus rotation provide consistent visual performance and fine adjustment. The lens supports 105mm front filters (except 14mm) for creative flexibility.

Fine focusing with filter and gear consistency

With carefully developed focus resistance, delicate focus adjustments can be made over a 300-degree rotation angle. All lenses accept 105mm screw-on filters, have a 114mm diameter lens front and have consistently positioned gears for ease of use.
