The Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD Live Production Switcher (1 RU) is a powerful live event HD switcher, supporting up to 10 individual 3G/HD-SDI inputs built into a 1 RU chassis. The switcher includes 10 standards converted 3G-SDI inputs, 6 x 3G-SDI outputs, DVE, 4 chroma keyers, a 16-way multiview, media players, talkback and USB webcam output.
The Blackmagic ATEM 1 M/E switcher features a reference video input. Each input features a frame synchroniser, frame rate converter, and format converter. This allows you to mix and match cameras, formats, cameras that do not feature genlock, and video input from computer sources. Upstream and downstream keyers and effects are supported. All this is done live and in real time with no rendering required. You can control the switcher using the integrated front panel, optional Blackmagic ATEM panels, or via the downloadable control software.
