Apart from having ordered this on a Sunday evening and receiving it the next day (thanks Outdoorphoto), I had an event on Friday and having these really did help. Ready to use is awesome and having rechargeable batteries instead of normal non-rechargeable actually is quite comforting, you don't worry about how long the battery will last as you can charge them up if you have a place to plug them in while you are busy (I bought enough to cover all 3 my speedlights and have back up) shot most of the day with a mixture of natural light and flash and the evening I needed the flash and the batteries really did hold up well and the recycle time was good.
