The Fujifilm XF 60mm f/2.4 R Macro Lens is a mid-telephoto lens with a bright aperture of f/2.4 despite its compact size. It employs a glass moulded aspheric lens at the 7th element to prevent field curvature, and an ED (extra-low dispersion) glass lens at the 6th element to contain chromatic aberration. The large aperture of f/2.4 dramatically improves shooting in low-light and avails plenty of light for fast and responsive autofocus. The large 9-blade rounded aperture also makes this lens ideal for portraiture because of its beautiful bokeh and high-definition optics. At the minimum working distance of 26.7cm, the lens delivers the maximum magnification of 0.5x, perfect for macro photography. The XF 60mm f/2.4 is designed with a metal barrel for durability and a Super EBC coating for improved optical performance.
