How quickly will you reply?
Within 24 hours on business days. WhatsApp is fastest during trading hours.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Standard delivery is R120 (2–4 working days) and free on orders over R650. Premium delivery to main centres is R225 (1–2 working days).
What is your returns policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging and condition, with your invoice. Used gear must be returned within 7 days.
Can I trade in my old gear?
Yes. Bring your camera or lenses to either store for an assessment, or contact us first. The trade-in value goes towards your new purchase.
