This lens features a Peripheral Coordinated Control Image Stabiliser effective even in the corners, providing five stops of shake protection (six stops when used with EOS cameras with in-body stabilisation). With an expansive 130˚ angle of view, it's the widest AF zoom for full-frame cameras, that enables you to capture 16% more in the frame compared to a 12mm lens.
