Benro PL-100 Quick Release Plate system is made for different camera lenses. It offers an exceptionally strong universal mount design with a safety stop to allow lateral camera positioning yet prevent the plate from accidental removal.

An excellent head at a reasonable price. Excellent for wildlife and bird photography. Good balance and easy to use. I recommend at least 2 plates if you intend to use more than one lens on a shoot so that you can move quickly from one lens to another.
Difficult to keep the plate straight

Not the best option for the Sony 200-600 lens foot. There is only 1 screw to connect it and is prone to twisting. Rather get the Sony Genuine replacement foot if you are able.
