Crane 3S is a bigger, more powerful gimbal stabiliser for larger camera setups of up to 6.5 kg. It has two detachable handle options, namely the TransMount EasySling Handle and the TransMount SmartSling Handle. You can mount theEasySling handle to extend the grip for a more comfortable upright and underslung operation, or mount the SmartSling handle (featuring an intuitive control panel and OLED screen) for direct camera and gimbal parameter adjustment, or combine them together!

The gimbal also features an updated axis-locking system, external power input, and the ViaTouch 2.0 remote control system. The 55° angled roll axis allows you to fit your camera without blocking the view, and it is also modular so you can add an included extension arm to fit larger cameras (or detach the arm for smaller DSLR combos.)

It is not simply an upgrade but reconstruction. Crane 3S is constructed with brand new SUPER motors which allow for Max. 6.5 kg payload for a wide range of camera setups.

Extendable Arm. Greater Flexibility

Wider compatibility is the goal but flexibility is provided. For larger cinema camera combos, users can attach an extension module onto roll axis for more space, while for smaller DSLR combos, the extension module can be detached for greater portability.

Modular Design. Versatile Shooting

On Crane 3S, the handle is detachable with two options provided: TransMount EasySling Handle and TransMount SmartSling Handle. The handle mods are easily separated and both provide multiple thread holes of different sizes to mount accessories. The modular design allows greater compatibility on CRANE 3S, like with motorised dolly, jib, cable cam, Easyrig, etc.

CRANE 3S provides ultimate reliability that users can count on. The reinvented locking system can lock the three axes without noticeable swinging. The modular design is integrated with double locks to ensure the camera is 100% safe on the gimbal during travelling or storage.

Besides battery insertion, Crane 3S offers a DC-IN port which supports up to 25.2V input for direct charging. The new exciting TransMount PowerPlus Battery Pack can house 6*18650 batteries, giving more strength to your gimbal to adapt to constant intense motions, and serving as a compact yet fast-charging power bank for your devices.

To meet the needs of cinematography, larger lens supports are added into the zoom and focus system. The focus wheel is equipped with a whiteboard for marking a focus range. Zooming can be realised synchronously through SmartSling Handle.

Triple Control, Film at Your Will

ZHIYUN cares for the needs of all filmmakers. With ZHIYUN gimbals and TransMount Image Transmission System, there are three control options available for filmmakers to work in film crew or work solo: control from the gimbal, from a smartphone or from motion sensor controller.

ViaTouch 2.0 bridges the communication gap between your stabilizer, camera and monitoring devices via a dedicated phone app, allowing you to intuitively adjust the various camera and gimbal parameters with perfect synergy. (*ZY Play APP and TransMount Image Transmission Transmitter are required to utilise the feature.)
TransMount Image Transmission System supports zoom/focus control via phone app or remote controller. You can even customise the sensitivity of zoom/focus control to your own needs for optimal experience.
For the first time in the industry, a visualised remote motion control system is introduced - ViaTouch 2.0. Filmmakers will be able to motion control the gimbal while monitor shots via smartphones or monitors.

Timelapse Master

Timelapse feature of the gimbal is enhanced with TransMount Image Transmission System. Now, not only can you remotely monitor the shots but also you will be able to continue shooting after exiting the app.
