Sigma 24-105mm f/4 DG OS HSM Art Lens for Canon

The Sigma 24-105mm f/4 DG OS HSM Art Lens for Canon is an Art-series zoom covering a useful wide-angle to short-telephoto range.
With a constant f/4 maximum aperture, this lens strikes an ideal balance between a portable form factor and a bright design for working in available lighting conditions. An Optical Stabiliser helps minimise the appearance of camera shake throughout the zoom range for sharper handheld shooting. A Hyper Sonic Motor also contributes to intuitive handling and provides fast and quiet autofocus performance along with full-time manual focus override.
An advanced optical layout includes a series of low dispersion elements and three aspherical elements that reduce chromatic and spherical aberrations for sharpness and clarity. Also, a Super Multi-Layer Coating suppresses lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast and colour rendering in strong lighting conditions.

Sigma’s 24-105mm f/4 includes proprietary Sigma technology including the Hyper Sonic Motor (HSM) which ensures fast, quiet and accurate autofocusing as well as an Optical Stabilizer (OS) which compensates for camera shake.
A 9 blade rounded diaphragm creates beautiful background blur, while FLD and SLD glass elements compensate for various aberrations, distortion and curvature.
The use of Thermally Composite Material (TSC) reduces size and weight and as part of the new Global Vision design, it is compatible with the Sigma USB dock for further customization and the new Mount Conversion Service.
