Phottix Plato 2.4GHz Remote Sets for Canon
If you are looking for a wired and wirelss shutter release for your Canon camera, try this new hybrid by Phottix called the Plato Remote set.
The remote uses the 2.4 Ghz band and consists of a small remote control (transmitter) receiver and either one of the optional cables.
The Phottix Plato Canon Wire/Wireless Remote set supports single shot mode, 2 seconds delay, continuous as well as bulb mode for long exposures and uses AAA batteries.
When using this remote’s wireless option it can be paired by any of the 16,000,000 channels within the distance of 100m.
Functioning similarly to a camera release button, by half pressing the button the camera will focus, then by fully pressing the button it will trigger the shutter.
