From shutter speed and aperture to depth of field and composition rules, learning the basic principles of photography will give you the tools to take your photography to the next level.

What you will learn:

The main factors that affect the quality and appearance of your photo.

Shutter speed: Add movement to your image or freeze and capture fast-moving moments.

Aperture: How different F-stops affect your exposure and depth of field, creating different effects.

ISO: What the impact of your ISO settings are regarding the darkness or light in your photos and how it can build or break an image.

Composition: How the elements of a photo can be arranged to create impact.

Rule of thirds: What it is and how using this technique can place emphasis on certain points of interest in your photos.
