Nitecore HC90 Head Lamp LED Torch

The Nitecore HC90 is a head-mountable LED Torch and is perfect for outdoor activities like hiking, camping, climbing or outdoor sports like cycling and jogging.  The body is an aluminium "unibody" construction making it highly rugged and durable and provides extra cooling efficiency. The HC90 utilizes a premium CREE XM-L2 LED providing a powerful light source up to 900 lumens. The unit is powered by a single rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery and in combination with a high efficiency circuit delivers up to 200 hours of operation. A custom catoptrics-based lens system produces an extremely wide 100° beam angle to ensure your entire field of view is evenly lit. The housing also features a 90° vertical tilt action enabling you to set up the tilt angle that best suits your activity.

The HC90 features direct access to red, green and blue light modes, by means of an innovative sliding switch which can be easily operated with one hand. Red light is an ideal source of artificial light for human night-adapted vision as it causes minimal disturbance and disorientation. Green light is perfect for document analysis or map reading and blue light works very well for blood and stain detection.  The sliding switch also enables variable light output on the main LED. The HC90 features a built-in temperature sensor and an intelligent temperature control ensures stable and safe use.

The body is constructed of aero-grade aluminium alloy, the lens made of mineral glass with anti-reflective coating and the headband is comfortable, chafe-free nylon. The Nitecore HC90 is waterproof to 2 meters, in accordance with IPX-8 standards. It is impact resistant to 1.5m.
