The Lenses

Angle to short telephoto lens

The Nikkor 18-55mm AF-P VR lens is compact and lightweight, ideal for travel or everyday carry. It provides wide-angle to short telephoto perspectives with a 35mm focal length equivalent of 27-82.5mm.

Wide-angle to telephoto lens

When paired with the 18-55mm AF-P VR lens, the Nikkor 55-200mm AF-S VR lens allows seamless wide-angle to telephoto capability. The lens allows shutter speeds up to 4 stops slower than would otherwise be possible before camera shake becomes apparent within the image. This lens is ideally suited to portraiture, sports and wildlife photography.

Vibration Reduction

For both cameras, Nikon's Vibration Reduction II (image stabilisation) reduces the blur caused by camera shake providing the equivalence of 4 shutter speed stops of added light for sharper images in dim light and when shooting handheld.
