Elinchrom Ranger Quadra Hybrid Li-Ion Battery and A-Head Pro Set in Case

The Elinchrom Ranger Quadra Hybrid Li-Ion Battery and A-Head Pro Set is the perfect solution for photographers that need to work away from mains power, out in the field or on location.  The entire set, including the battery, weighs only 2kg which makes it extremely portable. The Elinchrom firmware manages flash power consistency, remote power variation, LED modelling lamp, and many more RX features. The system has a built-in EL-Skyport radio receiver allowing it to be triggered wirelessly over a distance of up to 120 meters outdoors and 40 meters indoors. The Skyport has eight distinct radio channels and can handle 4 different light groups. It also allows on/off functionality, light output power adjustment and modelling lamp functions. You can also have full control over the units with the EL-Skyport application for Apple devices via the Wi-Fi module (sold separately) or with the EL-Skyport software via the USB transceiver RX (sold separately).

The Ranger Quadra Hybrid AS RX unit is compatible with Lead-Gel and Lithium-Ion batteries. This set comes with the Lithium-Ion battery, which offers light weight and high flash capacity.  A fully charged battery will produce about 320 flashes at full power. This kit contains two Ranger Quadra A (Action) Heads that has a deliberate super short flash duration which makes it perfect for action-freezing photography like sports and fashion.  The battery pack has two outputs with asymmetrical power distribution in a 2:1 ratio.

The Ranger Quadra head has its own set of light modifiers available but with the EL-Reflector adapter, all accessories and Rotalux softboxes up to 53" (135cm) can be used.
