Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS USM Lens
The Canon 100-400mm L-series super telephoto zoom lens is equipped with an Image Stabilizer that has two modes. It is compatible with 1.4x and 2x extenders *. The floating system also ensures high picture quality at all focal lengths. The Autofocusing of this lens is fast and silent and AF speed is further enhanced through a lightweight rear focusing design that incorporates a floating element for consistent image quality at all focusing distances from 1.8m to infinity.
When using extenders with this lens:
* When using the 1.4x extender, autofocus will only be possible on the EOS 5D mk III (firmware version 1.2.1 and higher) and EOS 1Dx bodies. Autofocus is impossible on any other EOS body OR when using the 2x extender on this lens.
