What is the Batis Dome Hide?

Windows placement

• Two windows at head height, on opposite sides of the hide: These are large enough to accommodate people of different heights.
• The prone level window is for those shots that require a low-level camera angle on the subject. It is opposite the access door allowing the person to have his feet extend out through the door when lying prone on the ground looking through the low-level window.
• Top window/skylight: This is a large flap down the window at the top of the segment above the low-level window and allows extra light and ventilation into the hide as well as allowing the person to get shots of birds either flying overhead or perched above the hide. It also allows persons to stand up and stretch their legs after long periods of being seated.
