Sony ZV lineup comparison
We are all hearing a lot about the Sony ZV line up and how it’s some of the best compact cameras for vloggers. The big question is which one is the best for you?
We have drawn a comparison with some key features of the ZV range. We also talk about the new ZV-1 II with its market-leading features. This camera is something to get excited about!
What is new with the ZV-1 II?
The new ZV-1 II is upgraded with an ultra-wide angle zoom lens. This means filming in selfie mode has just become so much easier. When you shoot selfies with iAUTO mode the camera switches on and will automatically adjust settings to keep not only one, but multiple faces in the frame, sharp and clear! Maximum apertures of f/1.8 with the wide-angle and f/4 with the telephoto creates beautiful bokeh that takes your shot to the next level.
This content creator’s camera comes with a built-in ND filter, so you can forget about the days of overexposed shots when shooting vlogs outdoors. The ND filter reduces exposure by three stops to make sure your viewers enjoy a stunning background bokeh, even on the sunniest of days!
Another feature we need to mention is the Fast Hybrid AF system, the same system as seen in the Alpha series. It keeps sharp images even when filming in HD 4K.
Lastly, the ZV-1 II has the Cinematic Vlog setting perfect for creating movielike content. Once activated, it automatically sets to CinemaScope size and adjusts the frame rate to 24 fps. If that is not impressive enough, the Cinematic Vlog setting includes 4 MOODs and 5 LOOKs to choose from to change the colour of your footage!
Sony has all content creator’s eyes on this range and this new release is proof that they’re listening to their market and constantly pushing boundaries.
