Outdoorphoto now offers FREE delivery on all orders to anywhere in South Africa. Free delivery is booked on regular economy courier service - if faster delivery is required, extra charges may apply. Free delivery is offered only on the first delivery attempt. If the contact person is unreachable and consecutive delivery attempts or parcel reroutes are required, extra charges may apply.
We will send your order within normal working hours except for weekends and public holidays. If we receive your order before 2 pm, we will do our utmost to get it to you within 24 hours (for main centers 1 ) and 72 hours (for outlaying areas 2 ) providing goods are in stock. Orders received after 2 pm might be processed the following day, depending on order volumes.
Our website inventory is automatically updated multiple times daily to show if an items is 'In Stock' or 'Out Of Stock', however should for any reason any goods not be in stock, we will contact you immediately to make the appropriate arrangement. If an 'Out of Stock' status appear, please feel free to call to get an estimated time of arrival. 'Out of Stock' does in no way mean it's a permanent condition and it will change daily.
If some items are out of stock and some are in stock, one of our consultants will contact you to enquire if you want part or full shipment.
Your Credit Card will not be charged until items are ready to be shipped.
All parcels are fully insured and properly packed and will be delivered to your doorstep free of charge (within South Africa). You will also be issued a tracking number and link where you could track your parcel. We ship with various well-known and reliable courier companies depending on region. We request your daytime address to insure successful door-to-door delivery.
Delivery of Rentals and Second Equipment
Free delivery is only available for the purchase of NEW products from our online store. Delivery of Rental orders and second hand equipment will be quoted and charged for accordingly.
Outdoorphoto gives its utmost to serve customers as quickly as possible. In actual fact it excites us to do it quicker every day. It is however a reality that shipping companies are sometimes subject to strikes and other delays, hence the need for more than one courier company. It is most certainly in the minority that a problem arises. Should any delay happen, we at Outdoorphoto would follow up and lodge and handle queries with particular courier company.
