Great composition + use of light. Some will say you should`ve used a slower ss to get wheel blur, but there`s no need to sacrifice sharpness - the motion is obvious.

Like the comp and moment, exp handled quite well, loosing alittle deatil on the nose and grill of the car due to shadows, (lighting) and very high ss freezes the wheels in place, the dust does help to convey the sense of movement, but a little bonus can help too.
