Watching a 60 elephant herd drinking at Etosha (Namibia), two young fighting bulls wandered behind our car. We were trapped. The matriarch really disliked our position and charged several times to make us back up. Elephants are huge.

Welcome to ODP Willem. You posted two great images to introduce your photographic skills to us. The exposure and composition works very well and it is a moment in time well captured.

      Welcome to ODP

      Great action shot.

PS : One question about your settings : Why f/18 and ISO 500 ?
