Awesome work Mark . I take it the 456s is for the FG exposure. Did you up the iso for the exposure of the sky?

Thanks folks - yip the foreground was the 456sec exposure, and the sky was a quick exposure of ISO 3200, f/2.8 and 25seconds. I had to change the focussing as well to render the stars sharp.

I like the effect you got by combining the two exposures, especially the way you kept it "night like" - foreground not to bright. WD.
