Lighting for this specific shot was fairly simple: Profoto D1 with a 3x4' softbox above and left, silver Reflector from the front and right. Lights triggered with Profoto Air Triggers. Description: First attempt at fill flash with speedlight. Personally don't really want to use an on camera flash but it is necessary for me at this stage. Would love to know if the flash is too harsh or is this what I can expect?.

Description: Two 1.2kva movie lights. I used them to track focus, slow shutter speed to drink in all the light and then a pop of rear curtain flash to freeze the subject. I love the way the movie lights lit the cyclist following the leading athlete.
