    Default Magnification on sensor

Question time from a novice to the experts....

    I have a canon 10D and a 350D and ordered a 1Dmark 11 !
The canon 10d when fitted with say a canon 2.8 70-200 lense has a 1.6 magnification on the sensor making the lense a 320.
What if any is the magnification on the 350 and 1d?

    HI Keith

The 350 is also 1.6 but the 1D is 1.3 so a 200 mm is now equivelant to a 260 in 35 mm terms. You will notice that the veiwfinder on the 1DkII is signaficantly brighet too because of the larger filed of view.
