    Default M42 Adapator

I have recently bought a Canon EOS 300D, and have been informed that I could use my lenses from my Canon AE1 with a M42 adaptor. If so where can I obtain such an adaptor?

    Hi Leon

Here is a link to read all about using adaptors on the EOS mounts.
To much to qoute so better you read it here
I personally would not use it. You have such an advanced camera why use older slower lenses? Just my thought.

But please read throught it and see if it could work for you.

I use m42 for lenses I had with my Pentax spotmatic on my 300d. Its all manual focus and aperture but they work perfectly. You als get saptors for the EOS for other lenses ie nikon mf and af , leica etc. See camera quest website.

Hope this helps, this response is late compared to the posting but if it helps someone else....
