Is there a reason not to link to the actual review instead of the blog? http://xerodigital.ca/canon-1dx-nikon-d4/

Re: Canon 1Dx vs. Nikon D4
Great comparison which seems based on real-world needs. Also, the comments seem 'fair' and not aimed at knocking either camera.
I think the only real conclusion is:
If you have a Canon system, you don't need to switch.....and if you have a Nikon system, you don't need to switch!
The only problem now is HOW to afford a 1Dx or D4! We know we'd all like one....
When I grow up, I want to be more than just a lens pointer...

By becoming a pro, i.e., making money out of your photos. Or being a rich bachelor, no wife, no kids...?

Nope, I wasn't.
While I have no objection to others self-promoting my preference is getting my news from the source.

Of course it isn't spam and I apologise if anything I said was construed as it being that.
I should probably say that I have signatures turned off (largely due to the prevalence of seizure inducing animated gifs) so if the original poster had mention of his affiliation there I wouldn't be aware of it.
