Default Mirror Lock up - quick access on a 7D

I find mirror lock up a really useful feature on the 7D, however I find it a complicated task to go through all the menu's to find it and set it up for a particular shot, and then back through the menu's to switch it off when you don't need it.

Is it possible to program a 7D for quicker access to this feature? for example I never use the raw/jpeg button as I shoot raw most of the time.

Just use one of the three custom set modes on the top left dial. You can set mirror lock up, timer on, as well as any other preferences you might use with mirror lock uo and save that setup to one of the custom modes. Then all you do is rotate the top left dial to your preset mirror lock up mode and start shooting. To go out of that mode, change the dial to another setting, to preference.

...both solutions work... I prefer the option mentioned by Andre because it leaves my other options intact, but there is no reason why not to use the C1 option mentioned by Brian

Thanks for the advice, I will play around, and see what works best for me.
