Default KNP Game Drives & Walking Safari's

    Hi

Im leaving for Kruger tomorrow for a week and im hoping someone can help me out with info on game drives and hikes

Im not staying in the park but im just outside the Crocodile Bridge Gate. My question is how do I book the sunrise and sunset game drives if im not staying at a rest camp? What with gate times etc, is there a way to do them without having to sleep over?

Also are there any walking safari's or hikes I can do on the same basis without staying at a rest camp?

    Thanks in advance

I doubt you'll be able to do it, but try calling Crocodile bridge (I'm assuming you'll want to do a game-drive from there) and ask them...

Adam, I dont think so. The morning drives start before gate opening times, and sunset drives return after gate closing times.

    Hi Adam,

I was at Crocodile Bridge in December and when booking my night drive at reception they asked if I was staying in/outside the park, you can book a night drive through Crocodile Bridge even if you don't stay in the park, also when we stayed at Malelane Camp we had to pick up people at the gate who were with us on the drive, they weren't staying in the park. It is possible... not sure about the walking safaris and prices though.
