Default Anyone use FastPictureViewer - Very fast RAW viewer and tagger!

I've been using the free version of FastPictureViewer which allows viewing jpegs but not RAW files.
I'd like to view raw files and also be able to use the very nice built-in IPTC and XMP tagging but for that you need the pro version which is not free

Has anyone used this program or have any alternatives I can try , its for for Windows 7. I only need a viewer , it must be blazing fast with RAW and be able to add IPTC and XMP tags?

I'm on the cusp of getting the pro version.

The software is only for viewing and tagging , its main use is blazing fast sorting of your pics after a shoot , and it has the most beautiful layout and design of any software in that category that i have found.
It just does viewing and sorting exceptionally well , I see that as priceless as sorting through a 1000 shots after a shoot looking for the money shot and managing that process is its never easy.

It is the fastest viewer I can find for raw - instant flicking through large raw files and very good colour management. Its used apparently by a few news desks , can only imagine the deluge of thousands of pics they receive daily and have to sort.

You can check it here and get a trial for raw and jpeg.

Have you tried Breeze Browser Pro. I dont use it for colors, but to compare say for 4 burst shots focus/sharp.

    Canon 5D Mk I raw - .CR2

I'm really looking for an elegant viewer interface that's blazing fast (reason I like Fastpictureviewer) , some of the Image viewer software on the market looks like it was made for Windows 2000!

Looks interesting but the interface is not particularly nicely designed.
Its also R580 , FastPictureViewer is R331 and awesome , maybe I should just cut the crap and get it!

What do you guys use for sorting and tagging RAW files that's fast?

I see they've updated it a bit since I last checked , looks great for free software.

Not quite in the league of FastPictureViewer in terms of speed and preview/tag features but great nevertheless

I currently use Zoner Photo studio 14 for initial viewing, iptc data and culling of my D300 raw images. It is also free and very handy.

Not bad for free software - no colour management with free version though
