Is it only possible to insure your camera kit and all with Houshold Insurance ?Or is there another option?

Photosure will insure your equipment on a first loss basis, when in use, and when NOT in use will insure equipment under house contents (Fire, Theft and Accidental damage) at a much reduced rate. pieter@multiplan.co.za

I have a very good broker, and she couldn`t find better cover than Artinsure offers. Don`t know about Photosure; it`d probably be an idea to get quotes from both.

I insure through Bellamy Consultants (esme.bellamy@mweb.co.za ), my house contents, cars and then Camera equipment specified

After my incident, Esme handle my case and my monies have just been deposirted in my account. Only hassle was with trying to get police reports from detectives

Photosure is a new product developed by myself, a photographer AND insurance broker FSP no 6912. Underwriter is "One Com" and the insurer is "ABSA insurance". Brokerage Multiplan was established in 1996. As a photographer I realised the short commings of what is available in the local market. Give us a try. For reference try Johan Greybe at Kamaraz.
