Lexar Profesional ExpressCard

I hope somebody can help please. I bought a "Lexar Profesional ExpressCard" PCI card for my Toshiba laptop. The computer does not recognize the card each time when I insert it into the slot. When I try to download images via Adobe Bridge it will only down load a few images and then I get the following error message: "Adobe Bridge CS5 cannot obtain all files from this device. Please ensure that the device is connected properly, or that the batteries are charged." Are there anybody also using this card and do you have success with it. I must say that when it does download images, it goes like lightning! Any suggestions please.

You can go to bhphotovideo.com and under their logo, there is a green area to input for a search. Put in this item and "go". There are 104 reviews on this product, and it looks like some Operating Systems are having a problem reading the info from this particular card. The people that have older systems are having great luck with the product. I hope this helps!

Thanks MJ. I am using a 64 bit operating system and it seems to have problems with it!
