Default One man can deal with our Rhino problem

I think I found the guy that should be in charge of our policy on dealing with Rhino Horn poachers/dealers. He definitely has a stance on Jay walkers

If anybody knows how to find this taxi driver, we can recommend him for the job:

In a sort of "mafia-esque" way of thinking the taxi driver here gets my full approval.....

Just this week a friend of mine was harassed by two jaywalkers in the middle of Cape Town. They stepped right in front of his vehicle and when he hooted at them they became abusive and threatening.

With our authorities failing to implement the rule of law I foresee more and more people taking matters into their own hands, which is exactly how the Mafia started in the first place.
