    Default Namaqua and Kgalagadi National parks in two weeks

    We returned yesterday afternoon, after a 3 week trip - 12 days of which was spent in the Kgalagadi.

    Anre, thank you for sharing. Your stories are most entertaining and your photos. well.... they are just beyond awesome. It was interesting reading your section on the Namaqua National Park. We too are planning a trip for Dec/Jan this year to do the West Coast. Have been tempted to do this trip for a long time and have finally decided this is the year to do it. Our route is a lot different to yours as we will start from Alexander Bay and travel south to Paternoster, as close to the coast as possible, including places such as Hondeklipbaai etc. So reading up about your experiences in this region was really interesting and informative. We will now definitely make a point of visiting the Namaqua National Park.

    Thanks for the replies and comments. We are truly spoilt for options in this Country and the West Coast is a truly wild and special place. Cant wait to get back to the Kgalagadi too!

    Lovely report and pictures Arne. I am green about your 2 leopards in one day and other leopard sighting since I have yet to see my first Kgalagadi leopard
