JZ with cheetah skin :(

Just saw this photo of mr jz with cheeatah skin around his neck, though i'll share it with all of you, it makes me mad to see that while everyone is fighting for conservation, our government -or in this case jz, is wearing a cheetah skin&head, last time I checked cheetah's is endangered species??? Is hunting in some cases of cheetahs then allowed?

It seems people in high positions can do what they want, in the name of tradition, same with the medicine excuse... above the law is exaggeration for some.
