Lightbulb Capturing the movement of poachers with fixed cameras!

Well how 'bout that.. there is a positive after all!
There must be a way to fix a small recording/surveillance device (camera/video/sound), securely into the horn, or collar of persecuted animals.
If we can cut off an animals horn - surely it can be fitted with a recording device!
The lenses should be wide-angle, or fish-eye.
They must see, and hear these poachers coming in for the kill!
Vehicles, chopper's, voices... whatever - just record the action in full-colour!

Typically, animals would hear them first, and start looking about.
This tech. could be activated upon sudden movement of the host animal.
A neck-muscle.. some way to activate upon this sudden upward head movement.
As the animal investigates the source of the danger, everything within view is recorded in wide-format.
If the animal is chased, or flees. At some stage, it will turn and face the enemy!
Somewhere amongst this footage should be enough evidence.
Bingo. A victory for poaching in Africa?
    Maybe. Maybe!
