Xplorers Old Gas Works Trip (Jhb)

We will be using this thread to organise the next Gas Works trip, so please every one just confirm or place your name on the thread for future trips. I'm going to keep the thread clean so any 'off topic' post are going to get deleted... sorry.

Below all the details I think you will need!

Meeting Venue: Atlas Studios Parking Lot.
Meeting Time: 08:30 for 09:00 start, DON'T be late.
GPS Co-ords: S 26°11'13.33" - E 28°1'7.73"

Shooting Venue: Old Gas Works, Braamfontein, Johannesburg
Start Time: 09:00 Sharp, once again DON'T be late!
GPS Co-ords: S26°11'24.71" - E 28° 1'11.89"

What to bring:
- Camera, 2 if you have... CHARGE those batteries!
- Wide and Tele Lenses... trust me.
- Water, atleast 1L or more.
- Wear long pants, denim, cargos etc. you don't want to be scratched by some rusted old iron!
- Same goes for footwear, no Flip Flops or sandles, wear closed comfortable running shoes or hiking boots you don't mind to get dirty!
- Tripod and cable release for indoor shots.
- Fully charged cellphone
- If possible basic First Aid supplies like Plasters, bandage, Pain Tablets, Anti-Septic ointment... trust me again, anything can happen!
- Identification for security.... rather they know who you are.
- Anything else I might have forgotten!

Thanks for the update Hansie!

What we need to do is find a alternative parking spot close to Liebermans Pots, where we will enter the Gas Works, to avoid Atlas Studios having auditions again and we miss each other like last time because we can't enter their parking lot!
I would suggest parking at Liebermans, but there is only parking for max 6 vehicles and I don't want to upset them by hi-jacking their parking lot!
Any one with suggestions, please I'm all ears!
