Sony error code

Hi there

So right now I'm very unhappy. I was taking photo's this weekend and my camera first gave me an error of "camera error code = 0x58" then it still worked for a bit, and then it gave me "camera error code = 5x57" and does that everytime I try and take photo's now.

I can't find anything on the net about that code, and I have taken everything off/out waited for a while and tired again, but still the same result.

I have contacted Sony and I'm waiting for a reply. Is there any hope for it?

I did a bit of checking on the net and it may be an incompatable lens issue. Try different lens's and see if the problem persists.

More than likely its a shutter issue which will need sonys attention. There are quite a few reports of this problem with the a100 on the net, it seems to be a problem carried over from the 7D.
