How do I remove a duplicated picture from my gallery?
Click on the edit button under the photo, check the delete option and submit. The image will no be removed from your gallery.
I am not able to upload any photos as I keep getting a message that I tried to upload in the past, and exceeded my upload limit for the day.
There might be photos stuck in your “queue”. Try clicking on the “upload photos” button, (it might say “Images in your queue: 2” which means there are images that haven’t finished theupload process). Then you can just select any category and press submit (without trying to upload any new photos – leave it empty). It will show you your queue – check if there are any photos in there, which you can delete, or try and finish the upload.
I am getting alot of emails telling me that someone uploaded a photo, please stop the spam!
The emails you are getting is because you “subscribed” to a gallery (or more than one) which sends you updates every time new photos are added. This is an opt-in service, and to stop the emails you can simply click on the link at the bottom of the email to turn it off. Please note that clicking on the link again will re-subscribe you. To make sure you are unsubscribed, go to the gallery on the website, where at the bottom of the page a link will say “Subscribe to Gallery” or “Unsubscribe to Gallery” – if it says “Subscribe to Gallery” it means you have successfully unsubscribed.
My photo’s EXIF info does not display, any reason?
When using software packages such as Adobe Photoshop, the "Save for Web" feature trims down everything in the picture file which generally accepted is not neccessary for web images. This includes the EXIF info. So if you DO want EXIF to show, make sure that you save and upload the file in a format that does include the EXIF info.
